Cocooning

I find that, once again, I want to stay in my warm bed a bit longer as nights become cooler and it is darker in the morning. The past few days I've been using this delay to think about my day and what I would like to accomplish. It helps me wake up a bit more as well as organizing my thoughts. A haiku about such mornings:

Cocooning

Soft morning light and
A warm blanket, so I turn
Over, then I rise.
